Privacy
The short version: this site sets no tracking cookies, doesn’t follow you around, and doesn’t sell your data. Here’s exactly what happens.

Who runs this site
Łukasz Sielski runs shouldyou.co (the home of @adaptivemindset). For anything in this notice — including a request to see, correct or delete your data — email hello@shouldyou.co. Łukasz Sielski is the data controller.
No cookies by default
Loading any page here stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage. The one exception is if you choose to play an embedded video (see below), which loads TikTok and TikTok’s own cookies.
Analytics (cookieless)
I use a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool (Glue) to see roughly how many people visit and which episodes land — page views, how long a page is read, and clicks to other sites. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. Instead, the server works out a rough, daily-rotating fingerprint from your IP address and browser type so it can count a visit without identifying you. It resets every day and isn’t used to build a profile of you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, whether the content is useful.
Embedded videos
Videos don’t load until you press play — the thumbnail you see first is served from this site, not TikTok. When you press play, TikTok’s player loads, which sets TikTok’s own cookies and shares data with TikTok (including your IP address and that you watched). That’s governed by TikTok’s privacy policy, not this one. If you’d rather not, don’t press play — you can read the write-up instead, or watch on TikTok directly.
Newsletter & workbooks
If you subscribe to the newsletter or ask for a free workbook, you give me your email address. It’s handled by Glue on my behalf, used only to confirm your subscription (double opt-in) and send you what you asked for. I never share or sell it, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Legal basis: your consent.
Fonts & hosting
The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers process standard request logs (including IP) to serve pages and keep the service secure and available.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you (realistically that’s your newsletter email, if you subscribed), and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe whenever you like. Email hello@shouldyou.co and I’ll sort it. If you’re in the UK or EU and think I’ve got something wrong, you can also complain to your data protection regulator.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, I’ll update the date at the top. This is a small personal project, not a data business — the aim is to collect as little as possible.
